Arrow Cleaning Services recognizes that the health and safety of its employees, customers and members of the public are of paramount importance,Our Company is committed to ensuring the highest possible health & safety standards and has its own fully qualified Health & Safety Manager. Specifically we: 

·         Have a detailed Health & Safety Policy Statement, which includes clear organizational responsibilities;

·    Carry out risk assessments of all tasks and provide both generic and site specific written risk assessments; 

·    Ensure all our employees are fully trained on the safe working procedures.  Specifically every employee receives induction training on commencement and is re-trained annually; 

·    Use wherever possible non-hazardous chemicals. Those that are hazardous are assessed to comply with COSHH legislation; 

·    Where personal protective clothing and equipment has been deemed necessary, provide the approved equipment and ensure it is worn at all relevant times; 

·    Ensure all accidents, no matter how small, are reported and investigated and any recommendations acted upon immediately; 

·    Carry out a Health and Safety Audit of all sites at least quarterly; 

·    Complete documentation for all our health and safety activities, which is available for inspection; 

·    Comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations; 

·    Inform all employees of their responsibilities in following good environmental practice and the contribution that they can make to achieving continual improvements in environmental performance; 

·    Identify performance targets  which progress towards those environmental objectives which can be measured and reviewed; 

·     Report on the results of monitoring  performance targets;
